Using Leadership to Grow your Consulting Business

Using Leadership to Grow your Consulting Business

Who we are and how we do things are as much a part of the challenge of
leadership as knowing the elements of good leadership. Therefore,
building an effective leadership strategy depends on how well the
principles of effective leadership are integrated into the leader’s
personal style.

The 90 minute presentation will focus on the observable behaviours of
effective leaders, and provide participants with the opportunity to
review a leadership process, assess their personal strengths, identify
areas for improvement and develop leadership plans.

Discussion topics will include:

· Leadership Versus Management

· Characteristics of a Good Leader

· Key Leadership Practices

· Building Trust

· Building and Maintaining Morale

· Recognition and Rewards

The style of the presentation will be highly interactive and
participative and the topics will be explored in a number of ways
including small and large group exercises, activities and discussions.
